Question:
Assalamalykum, Under the taqleed of Grand Ayatollah Seestani. My Paternal Grandfather's had 7 sons and 3 daughters. His ancestral home is getting divided among his 7 sons (of which 2 are not alive). Out of 3 daughters,1 daughter & her husband died. The other 2 daughters have willingly agreed to have no share in this property(Thihai). The deceased sister's have 4 daughters,of which 3 are married and 1 is unmarried. What is the ahkam of inheritance in this case for 3 married daughters and the unmarried one? Jazakallah.
Answer:
All sons and daughters of the deceased who were alive when he dies, are
entitled to their share. Any one wants to donate or give his share to
others can do so but it must be willingly and with out any pressure.

salam..my mother in law has advised me not to visit my cousin's baby till her (babys)navel outer part get detached from her body as i am breast feeding my child...is there any misfortune will come to us if we do so?
Answer:
No origin at all and no evidence what so ever to support such claims. You
should not listen to such things.

Assalamu Wa'alaykum, I wanted to ask you that, for qadha salaah must we also read witr wajib salaahs. Was-Salaam
Answer:
Witr is a recommended Salaah of just one Rak'at which is the last Rak'at of
Night Prayer (Salat al Layl). It is recommended to perform Qaza of the
missing Witr or any missing recommended prayer.

Salaamalaykum, may Allah (SWT) bless you and keep you with Him and His beloved representatives the Ahlulbayt (a.s). Please can you pray for my good health and the curing of my diseases. I am in my twenties with severe pain, weakness and bowel problems. I fear I may now have signs of cancer caused by medication side effect. Please can you pray for me because my problems seem to get worse and worse despite Duas and other recitings. I don't think I can continue to bear all my burdens.

Question:
Salaam Is it alright to do tartibi ghusl by submersion. For example, first washing the head with water normally and then using a tub of water connected to the kurr tap water to submerge the rest of the body, becuase both the head and the body can not fit together? The intention is not of irtemasi but of tartibi ghusl, and water is being made to reach everywhere. I am in the taqlid of Ayatullah Sistani. Thank you

Yes it is allowed and the Ghusl will be Tartibi.
