Al salaamu alakum I have 2 questions please 1) According to the website of Al Sistani (may Allah prolong his life) it says that if the woman is above a certain age and independent ie she can choose whomever she wishes to marry without the interference of her father she can do so without her father's consent. But it also says for precautionary obligations the consent is required. Can you please make it point clear to me. 2) Also when seeking the consent of the father, is it the man that needs to go and speak to her father or is it sufficient if the woman asks her father herself. Answer:
Usually virgin girl needs for her marriage the permission or approval of
her father or paternal grand father. In some case such permission is
necessary. The precaution mentioned is the book means that the obligation
to get the permission is based on precaution and not a definite verdict
(Fatwa). This means that she can refer in this matter to another Marja of
Taqleed who is next in the degree of knowledge.
The man does not need to seek permission himself, if the girl can get such
permission from her father.

Salam. I just wanted to ask a personal question basically my husband loves me a lot n when his far he misses me and everything is all normal Alhumdulila. But when it comes to physical relation its all good to and he has no other relation with anyone but when he has sexual desire its all gud but as soon as I touch him or nything it irritates him that feeling of touch he doesn't mention then but after he does. What can that be and what is the solution to the problem. I would appreciate your advise.

Answer:
Sahm e Imam is to be paid to the Imam of the time; who is now Imam Al Mahdi
(AS) or his deputies who are the Marjas of Taqleed or their authentic
deputies. You may seek permission from the Marja to spend part of Sahm e
Imam in genuine service to Islam or poor.
Sahm e Sadat is the share and the right if poor Sadat.byou may give to them
either directly if you know really deserving Sadat, or through reliable
Ulama who will make it reach to deserving Sadat.

Salaamunalikum.can we drink water after meal. Because some people say that according to ahlebait (a.s) it causes cancer
Answer:
It is allowed,but there is in the books that water should not be taken
immediately after food , especially oily food, because it can disturb or
delay digestion.
