Question:

Salam I wasn’t sure if blood that was mixed with saliva was najis or not so I was a bit careless. I could taste blood whenever I was fasting, so I tried to spit it out in the sink. Then Sometimes I would just wipe my mouth if there was any saliva left on my mouth (I couldn’t see any blood on my face but I could see saliva with blood in the sink). I would then wipe my face and do wudhu. Would my face be najis since I spat out blood with mixed saliva? Even though I didn’t see any blood on my face ? If it najis what state of najasaah would it be? Would it be a second, since the saliva is a first and if I poured water on my face, the water would would be a third? If the water drops on the floor, it would no longer make it najis? After I finished doing wudhu I went to go pray but I could taste blood and I panicked because I was fasting, so I thought If I swallow this saliva that’s mixed with blood, I could break my fast. So I quickly spat it out and some landed on the carpet floor. then I remembered that oh no, what if there was blood in saliva and I just spat it out? I said okay I’ll taher it later, but I forgot about it and for a few weeks I wasn’t too sure if blood mixed with saliva from the mouth was najis, so I just tried to ignore it. When I found out it was, I went back and checked the carpet, I could see what looked like yellow stains on the tissue, but I’m not sure as to what that would’ve been, also this carpet is brand new. I looked up if dried blood can turn yellow and it can after some time, but I honestly don’t know if the saliva had Any blood in it to begin with. Would the carpet be najis? 2) I tahered the sink but after a while I checked and I could see red bits on the sink, however I’m not sure how that could’ve been blood dried up because it was mixed with saliva, I don’t think saliva can dry up on a sink like that. So I’m worried that because I tahered the sink and if those red bits I saw are blood then the water would’ve splashed everywhere and made everything najis. Should I consider it najis or taher? Thank you.
