salam a man has done mutha with a christian woman with a term of more then 10 years.After a year in mutha she was pressured to marry another by family.she is in love with the man she did mutha with and claims her vows with the christian man are not valid because she is in mutha with the man she loves. so the question is are the mutha vows still active. does that make her christian marriage void.salaam
Answer:
If she was in Mutah marriage, no marriage with another person can be valid during the Mutah marriage period. The second marriage is invalid, and she must keep herself away from the second man as he is not her husband. Any sexual relationship with the second man is a fornication.

Salam agha may you find this msg with good health. Agha meri 2 betiya hai alhumdolillah. 1st ivf se hai aur 2sd normal concieve. Muje pcos jaha follicles eggs nhi bante aur ovulation nhi hota isiliye ivf kiya tha. Ab me takriban 2 salse 3rd ki try with medication se kr rahi hu 2iui bhi fail hogaye. Most of the dua hai sab asma li, astagfar bhi kr rahi hu,12 imam ko ariza bhi likha jo first nayab se mansub hai., quranic surah ke taviz bhi kiya, allah ka ek naam hai jo likh kr pina hota hai vo bhi kiya, h abbas ka amall Ab ivf itna cost hai nhi kr sakte aur jo medication abhi ki vo bhi 6 month se ziyada nhi kija sakti Plz dua bataye m dying to conceive very badly. Plz aap bhi mere liye dua kijiye. Khuda Hafiz Duas.

assalamu alaikum. i would like to ask about azadari and matam. is it right to do matam on salam (fazail nauha).? i had seen some shia muslims doing matam on salam and laughing on it(fazaili nauha). as i knw through matam we are showing grief towards ahlulbayt a.s. so it good or not?? plz give me answer with authentic reference to any marja. Thankyou..
Answer:
Matam is to express our grief on the tragedies of Ahlul Bayt (AS). Laughing during Matam goes totally against the aim of Matam. Respect of Matam and Azadari must be observed always.

Answer:
Gheebat is a major sin.
You can ask the person (Taalib e Elm ) why did he mention bad things about others. He might have a valid reason. If there is no valid reason, then it is sinful act to back bite a Momin.
We can not judge before asking.
