Salam, is there a Prophetic saying like "Recite salawat aloud as it wards off hypocrisy"? I want you to tell me about "recite it aloud", is it necessary?
Answer:
It is Mustahab (recommended) to raise our voice in reciting Salawaat as the
Hadeeth says that it removes Nifaaq.(Al-Kaafi 2/493)
في الكافي 2/493 ان رسول الله (صلى الله عليه واله وسلم) قال : ارفعوا اصواتكم
بالصلاة علي فانها تذهب بالنفاق .

Right now I do not know any people who are going to najaf those who were going are going directly after hajj till then what should i do about the rules relating to salat fasting khums etc since i cannot follow any mujtahid since i unable to know the alam now what rules should i follow?
