SA Syed, I am under the taqleed of Aga Khui i have wajib qadha fasts to do, 1: can i do Mustahab fasts ? or do I need to complete wajib qadha first? 2: can we combine both the niyats in one fast , qadha wajib and mushahab ? JA .. thank you
Answer:
No Mustahab (recommended) fast is valid when you have obligatory Qadha fast.
It is not allowed to combine intention of Wajib fast and Mustaab fast together.
The reward of obligatory Qadha fast is greater than mustahab fast. Your intention that ou wish to keep Mustahab fast is a source of reward for ou, but ou Must perform your obligatory Qadha fast first.

Assalamwalaikum, Me and my husband stay in Abu Dhabi. We both often visit Dubai to meet his brother and family. Sometimes twice a month sometimes thrice a month or sometimes every weekend. We stay there for 2 to 3 days. In such a case, will we have to offer Qasr prayers? And what is the ruling for keeping recommended fasts in Dubai? What is the ruling for wife? Jazak Allah khair

Salamun Alaykum wr wb
You are a traveller in Dubai, so your Salat is Qasr and you can not fast
being a traveller.
