I follow Ayatullah Sistani. There’s a huge tank above my building where our tap water comes from but how do I figure out if the water is kurr or running water?
Answer:
Kurr amount of water is 384 litres which is a small tank of about one cubic yard. Big tank of water means ,much more than Kurr.

Answer:
If you touched or kissed your wife during Iddah, it means that the Talaq has become invalid and she is your wife again.

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته Could you please give the reference (arabic or english, does ‘t matter) in Ad-dhahabis book which mentions that Imam Ali (aleyhi assalam) never prayed behind any of the caliphs. I follow Ayatullah Sistani. If I make the basin or toilet seat pak with water three times in a manner that the water flows off it, is it still necessary for me to wipe the water off the basin or toilet seat in order for it to be pak?

No need to wipe it.

Ahmed Sobhee Mansoor is a Sunni scholars from Egypt who said that saying =
Amen in Salaat is not permissible.
