Salam Can i do mutah if both the partners are away from their countries..and how can i pay her meher if she is away and we cannot have sexual relation with her.Is it allowed that when she meets me i can pay her mehr..wassalam
Answer:
Mut'ah marriage can be done even if both are away from each other at the
time of the agreement (Aqd) as marriage agreement can be performed by
proxy.
The Mahr is the right of the woman and she is free to decide how and when
she wants to take it.

Yes if you are a male, and no, if you are a female.
