Salam alaikum As it is highly recommended to keep your kafan ready i have one.Now i have heard that you have to take out khums on it every year.Is this true? Awaiting your reply. Thank you
Answer:
Khums is not obligatory on the item if you purchased it from a money out of
which Khums was already given and the value of it did not go up. If you
purchased the Kafan from money from which Khums was not given, then just
one time Khums is obligatory as far as the value of it did not go up. If
the value has gone up, then just pay Khums on the difference between last
year and this year=E2=80=99s value.

If the spouse and his/her family is turn out to be known as Nosayrii in fath after the Nikah been take place and seeghas been issued, Is the Nikah correct or baatiL? As they posed themselves as Shia before Nikah.
Answer:
Nikash is valid, unless the wife herself denies any of Usool Deen like
Tawheed, Nobawwat or Qiyamat. If she denies any of theses basic faiths,
then she becomes non Muslim and the Nikah will then be void because there
is no marriage between Muslim and non Muslim.
Many people claim to be Nosayri but they don=E2=80=99t deny the basic Islam=
ic
faith, that=E2=80=99s why they remain Muslims.

It is narrated from Imam Jafar Al-Sadiq (AS): Whatever goes from the beard
more than the fist is in the fire.

Answer:
It is not allowed for Baaligh girl to wear boys cloth and vice versa.
Girl is Baaligh when she completes nine lunar years and starts the tenth
lunar year.
