Question:

i have two problems 1) i forget things really fast within mints and some time within secs. 2)i have OCD obsessive compulsive disorder i keep cleaning my hands and keep taking baths. im not mentally retarded. im a PhD student but still i do forget specially in terms of ghusal . now my questions are (*) if i do ghusal and perform all the three farads of ghusal cleaning mouth nose and pouring water three times from one shoulder to the other but i dont remember if i have cleaned my belly button or not then in that doubtful situation is my ghusal valid or not? (*) What if i come out of the wash room and walk on the carpet and wear a cloth or touch anything and then remember that i didnt perform the ghusal correct or im sur that i missed the belly button will the thing i touched the carpet the clothes the food i touched will that all be najas? please help me...

Answer:

1. Ghusl obligatory acts are three :1- Making water reach head, face and
neck,
2- then making water reach right side of the body,
3- then making water reach left side of the body. Doubting does not have
any effect if it happens after performing the act in any of these three. If
you doubt during washing any part, you may make water reach to it, then
matter ends.

2. Whether your Ghusl is valid or invalid, touched items are not Najis.
You should care for repeated doubts.

Question:

Salam Alikum, i have two questions 1)if a man and women were in muta marriage and they do this muta marriage for a time period up till they do permanent marriage, is the muta marriage is valid or not? 2)if a man and women were in muta marriage and they forgot to end the muta marriage and directly did permanent marriage will the permanent marriage is valid or not? please provide answers quickly.

Answer:

Q 1)if a man and women were in muta marriage and they do this muta marriage
for a time period up till they do permanent marriage, is the muta marriage
is valid or not?
A1) Mut'a marriage time must be defined and not kept for unknown date. If
the time was not defined clearly, such marriage will be then permanent
marriage. Q 2)if a man and women were in muta marriage and they forgot to
end the muta marriage and directly did permanent marriage will the
permanent marriage is valid or not?
A2) In such case, Mut'a marriage is still valid because it was not
terminated. They need to terminate it when ever they want if the time of it
did not expire, then they should have permanent Nikah (Aqd) recited. It can
be done by them if they know how to pronounce it, otherwise they may seek
help from some one who knows how to pronounce it.
