Salamun Alaikum....... Maulana I am very thankful to you for solving my Religious Problems from sometime recently. It helped me a lot in this world and hereafter because sometime due to my ignorance I become trapped in hand of shaitaan as Waswas but you cleared my doubts and protected me from it. I am final year Medical student in MBBS in Gujarat,India. Can you specifically explain my duties in the Gaibat as Shia Doctor in India so that I can maximally help Imam e Zamana(atfs) in Gaibat and after his Zahoor.

remember that Allah (SWT) keeps him informed about our deeds.
2. To obey him always and never cause him pain because sinful act.
3. To serve his followers in every possible way.
4. To pray for his re appearance because it is our greatest need.
5. To keep ourselves ready to serve him when he orders us.

sir thank you for responding to my question my question id was 1698 but i have read it in the islamic laws of ayatullah sistani rule no 1589. There is no harm in swallowing one's phlegm or mucous from head and chest as long as it does not come upto one's mouth. However, if it reaches one's mouth, the obligatory precaution is that one should not swallow it. just need to conform that has ayatullah sistani changed this law from obligatory precaution to recommended precaution brcause i read it in this link http://www.sistani.org/english/book/48/2264/ thank you

Answer:

It is recommended precaution not to swallow if mucus reached the mouth.

Question:

Salamun Alaikum....... If while doing najis floor paak there is one carpet near the najis part of floor. When I pour water on najis part of floor some water touches carpet. I completed my process of making paak of the floor. So whether I have to wash that carpet separatly or it has automatically become paak by applying Rule of Taba'ayat as Muttaharrat. Please explain detail about Taba'ayat and its examples.

Answer:

Taba'iyyat in purifying Najis item means when Najis item is in vessel and
that Najis item become Taahir, the vessel becomes Taahir as well.

Wajib Sajdas are on reading or listening to any of these four verses:
Last verse of Sura Al Alaq.
Last verse in Sura Al Najm.
Verse 37 in Sura Fossilat
Verse 15 in Sura Sajda.

Question:

I was a muqallid of Ayatullah Khui and in ignorance I changed my taqleed to Ayatullah Seestani at the age of 18. Later after 14 years I found out this was wrong that I was not supposed to change my taqleed to Ayatullah Seestani. What should I do now according to Ayatullah Seestani, should I stay with Ayatullah Seestani or revert back to Ayatullah Khui?

Answer:

If your change of Taqleed was wrong, then you may return to the right
Taqleed of the late A'lam.
