Question ID 5849 - 2023-02-23 15:03:06

Question:

Salam Someone was in the shower and there blood on a tissue and the tissue was dripping blood. The floor was all wet , so they used their other hand to get the toilet rubbish bin and they put the rubbish bin on to the shower floor, they placed the tissue in the bin, but because the tissue was dripping haydh blood it made the wet shower floor najis and therefore the bottom of the rubbish bin najis. Then once they threw the tissue in the rubbish bin, they picked up the rubbish bin that was on the wet shower floor and placed it back outside the shower door. Then they tried to taher the shower floor with running water. Then they stepped out of the shower and placed their shoes on, but their shoes touched the same place of water where the bottom of the rubbish bin was wet Then they forgot to not walk out with the same shoes, but they walked out a couple of steps outside the bathroom. But they don’t know if the tissue that was dripping blood changed the colour of the water whilst they were in the shower. they tried to test it out later on a different day with tomato sauce on a piece of wet tissue and place it under a sink full of water. At first there was a small area of the red water then after a couple of more drips they couldn’t see if the water had changed colour. Then on another day they were in the kitchen and they saw those same shoes but forgot they were najis. Then they wore it and they were in the kitchen then they realised that those shoes are najis and some of the kitchen floor was wet and so were the shoes So they quickly tried to go over the wet part, but they still touched some of the floor and also the floor that was in between the kitchen and the laundry with the bathroom shoes and both states were a bit wet. Then they went back, they wiped the wet part with tissue whilst wearing kitchen shoes, these kitchen shoes also touched some of the water on the floor that the bathroom shoes had touched. Then they tahered the kitchen floor with a cup of water and the new water touched the kitchen shoes. But they didn’t taher the area that was next to the laundry and kitchen, because they thought when they previously had the bathroom shoes on how do they knew they are stepping on the exact part, with the kitchen shoes, where the bathroom shoes stepped on with a bit of water. That area would remain najis but they are unsure if it ever got wet, then went back to taher it after a day or two. they also didn’t taher the kitchen shoes that were worn to taher the kitchen floor, which the kitchen shoes were wet with najis water from the kitchen from the previous bathroom shoes, because they think the najis water from the kitchen doesn’t transfer beyond the kitchen shoes. They follow Sayed sistani so they follow the ruling that the mutanajis stops after 3 states. What would be najis and taher in this situation? Please please reply asap. Thank you.

Answer:

Wa Alaykum Assalam wr wb.
Everything is Taher for you unless and until you have a concrete evidence
that it is Najis. As blood was washed away, other items which you are
doubting about are Tahir.
Wassalam.
