Assalaam O Alaikum, As you are aware of the sectarian conditions in Pakistan specially in Karachi, if you get noticed as Shia, you are deprived of basic rights, you are at danger of life and also job, business is also made difficult. In these conditions is it ok to say salat while folding hands and without using sajdigah? Your earliest reply shall be highly appreciated.
Answer:
If the situation is dangerous and requires Taqiyyah, then according to
Taqiyyah rule it is allowed to pray with them like them.

Assalam u alaykum I am staying at a location for less than 10 days for work purposes and have been offering qasr prayers. Is it permissible for me to fast the mustahab fasts while I am here? Also is it permissible to offer any qaza fasts I have? Wasalam
Answer:
No fasting is valid during traveling , and you are a traveller. No Mustahab
nor Qaza fasting during traveling.

Salaam Alaikum Mawlana Musawi..Question-My Wife nearing her end of period and wanting to provide herself to me checked herself and had Ghusal with no evidence of further blood...having completed the realtionship with her -it was noticed slight smear of blood ...we are concerned whether Kafarra is due and if so please advice -Ahsant and jazakallah khair inshallah -May Allah swt reward you amply for this assistance.
Answer:
If intercourse was done with your wife knowing that she is in her menstrual
cycle, Kaffara will be obligatory. If you did not know, then there is no
Kaffara.

Answer:
If this sin was done deliberately by the husband knowing that the wife is
in her menstrual cycle bleeding, the Kaffara will be one Dinar of gold (
about 4.5 gm) if the sin took place in the beginning third of the days of
the period, and half of Dinar of gold if it was done in the middle I.e. The
second third of the days of the period, and one quarter of Dinar of gold if
it was done in the last third of the days of the menstrual.

I have student loans from the government (USA) that i have been paying monthly and will be doing so until i pay it off iA.In this situation, according to the rules if Ayatollah Sistani, what should be my niyat for the Hajj?
