Salam, I am married man and follower of Agha Sistani; with 3 children and my wife is a loyal woman looking after my family and home. On the other hand; she is not interested in sex and its been more than one year we had sex because of last child and my wife is breasfeeding her. To fulfil my sexual desire; I did gunahaan-e-kabrira including zina and masturbation. I have repented all the times but could not control my desires. Lately I found Muta option and now I am doing Muta with Christian Girl Prostitutes with seegha and according to Agha Sistani; it is allowed with Ehtiaat-e-Wajib. Please advise that Muta with Ahl-e-Kitab Girls after reading Seegha is allowed. Also Can I also do Muta with Non-Kitabi (Budhist, Hindus, Athiest etc.) if they recite Kalma only for Muta Marriage to become Muslim and after Muta Marriage she becomes murtid. wssalam
Answer:
Mut'ah with ahl e Kitab woman needs permission from you Muslim wife.
Mut'ah with non ahl e Kitab non Muslims is not allowed unless they really
become Muslim I.e. Believe in Islam.

salaamunalikum..while doing ghusl e janabat is it necessary to pour water from top or can we pour water from anywhere except for hair.. like when i put water on right and left side water does not reaches at some parts after pouring so many times so can i put water directly on that part. Answer:
In Ghusl, it is not necessary to pour water from top. Water must reach head and face and neck first hen all parts of the body in any way.

Assalam o alikum, I would like to inquire if I can watch religiouse proggrammes on television and use the same television for regular viewing purposes in which the screen may show pictures of animals and najis things . Similarly can we use our celllphones for religiouse reading eventhough it may be used for surfing regular internet where improper images may appear.
Answer:
Yes it is allowed to use in any lawful use.

salam Kya fidiya or kaffara kisi aur k behalf me de sakte hai maslan parents, wife, children? Aur kya e wajib hai son per apne parents, wife or children k behalf me dena? Jazakallah
Answer:
It is allowed to pay Fidya or Kaffara on behalf of others.
It is not obligatory on the son to pay Fidya or Kaffara for his parents.
