Question:
Salam un alike 1-what if im on the way travelling and it is Salat time and we did not reach 45km for example im at 43km do i shorten the Prayer or do i have to reach above 45km in order to shorten the Prayer ? 2-How do i pray in a airplane if i dont know the direction of Qibla and Salat timings? 3-do i pray as a traveller if both ways equals 46km? for exalmple 23 km leaving and 23 km coming back? Answer:
Husband should Not do injustice on his wife and wife should Not do
injustice on her husband. She can not divorce her husband by her own
decision (even if she does not love him and does not live with him) unless
she seeks the interference of haakim Al-Sharee'ah after she proves that her
husband is doing injustice on her and not giving her her rights as a wife.
There is a procedure for such divorce.
