Answer:
If you have accepted during any time to marry him, then the marriage is
lawful. No marriage is valid if it was by force and you have never accepted

Please advise how to pray salat nafilah in the car, while standing, and sleeping.
Answer:
You should have Wudhu, then start the Namaz of Nafila and point (Eshara)
for Rukuo and more for Sojood. As you are moving, no need to face Qibla in
such recommended Namaz.
