Salaam Alaikum. I have a question regarding Christmas. I have come across many shias who hold Christmas parties on Christmas day where they have all their shia families coming together. They eat turkey and exchange gifts. I tried to discuss this matter with that shia person telling them that we are adapting their culture into ours which is wrong for us as well as the next generation. But that person replies me by saying that they get just Christmas day where all the family can get together. Also she said that they do not believe in Christmas as in what happened according to Christians but they just eat turkey and exchange gifts. Is this wrong? Please advice me so i am able to shed light to my shia friends. Thank you

It is wrong to adapt the habits or customs of non Muslims.

Salam maulana sahab i have seen many girls go to salons and get maicure and pedicure done. And they even pray. So is the wuzu valid??
Answer:
If the workers are females, and the girls observe Hijab in front of Non
Mahram, then it is allowed. Wuzu does not be void even if the material used
are Najis, but it must be washed with water before perfroming Salah.
