Answer:
Yes it is recommended during day and night except when the moon is under
scorpion, then it become Makrouh (disliked).

Answer:
According to the teachings of the Prophet Mohammad (SAWA) and his Holy
Progeny Ahlul Bayt (AS), every Monin is allowed to marry with any Mominah
if other marriage conditions are fulfilled.

Answer:
Threading eyebrows is allowed.
Hair removal from legs and hands is also allowed.

Salaamunalikum. Is it necessary to clean the dirt which are inside the nails of legs and hands. Thank you. I follow ayoutullah sistani.
Answer:
If the dirt is stopping water from reaching the skin, then it must be
cleaned before Ghusl, but if does not stop water from reaching the skin,
then it is not obligatory, though it is always recommended to clean the
whole body from any dirt because Allah (SWT) likes cleanliness and dislikes
dirt.
