Question:
Salam My Brother bought a Car 2 years ago on Instalment and he’s paying interest on the Car and $6000 is left on the Car. I’m planning to buy the Car from my Brother by Financing with the intention of just paying the $6000 with No Interest . My Question is the Money that I will be giving to my Brother Monthly he’s paying it to the Dealership with interest of course in this case am I still allowed to buy the Car from my Brother with the intention of just paying him the $6000 with no Interest? Assalamu Alayikum. I never used to remove semen, due to a wetdream, from my clothes before putting it directly into a washing machine. My clothes used to come out clean but today I saw a few white stains as well as some dry patches and I think it’s semen although I’m not sure. My question is that now those clothes which were washed with my najis cloth have all become najis now due to the wet contact in machine???? I don’t even remember which clothes were washed with mine. Please help.

If the washing machine was connected to water tab or Kurr water, then all
the clothes are Tahir.

Salam. So i have several questions. 1. I am a shia girl, I met someone who was shia and we did mutah. I was a virgin but he did not consider me a virgin because i had done oral/physical things with others before and my hymen was broken cause of that but never penetration or intercourse. Was it halal of him to not consider me a virgin and not ask my father before doing mutah and having intercourse with me? 2. He has had intercourse with many women before me all who were muslim, christian or jewish, over 20 and he said as a shia man he can do mutah as many times he wants purely for his sexual desires and does not need a waiting period to do so. 1- You are still a Virgin girl because you did not marry before. You need
permission of your father for any type of marriage including Mut'ah
marriage.
2- A married Muslim man needs the permission of his Muslim wife for doing
Mut'ah with woman from Ahlul Kitano.
3- Mut'ah marriage aims to protect men and women from sinful sexual acts.
It should not be misused in any way.

Aoa I got married in october 2013,after marriage behaviour of my husband was not kind with me,there was no way to live with him so i ended up the marriage by taking khulla from city court karachi pakistan...After that i wanted to end my marriage religiously,I went to shariat court in my area,jafar e tayar society malir karachi..They send 3 notices to my husband to come and end this marriage but he didnt come...I dont know where he is,we have no contact with him,kindly tell me the solution of my problem,that how to end this marriage according to shariat...Me and my all family members have tried every possible way to contact him but he is not responding to us...kindly guide me how to end this.
