Question:
When there is a najis spot on my body and i put liquid saop on it and wash it and make sure that the water reach all parts but still there is the foam of the soap on the body is that foam pak? I follow ayatullah sistani
Answer:
It is much better to remove the Najis subject from your body, then pour water on the Najis part to make it Taahir. If the liquid soap became Najis because of touching the Najis subject; you need to make it Taahir.

Is there a hadeeth in Shia resources about the prohibition of decorating and embellishment of a large Mosque (1400 Musalli) with verses of the Quran carved in stone or Islamic design patterns designed by an architect. Also about the limit of the height of minarets.
Answer:
It is not Haraam, unless it reaches to wasting the money, but it is Makrouh (disliked) to over spend on decorating the Masjids. The minaret should not be very high.

In Western toilets sometimes when you are relieving yourself some water splashes up from the toilet. does that make your body impure? And how should we go about making it tahir as it would be difficult reaching those parts without taking a shower
Answer:
Toilet water which has Najis material is Najis. I it splashes on your body, that part of your body becomes Najis and needs to be made Taahir by washing it wth water.
