Question:
Salam alaikum, i am follower of Sayyid sistani. I am used to say surah qadr in 1st and Tawheed in 2nd rakah. When i forget and recite another Surah instead. Then after i One verse i realized and change to the Surah i am used to. Do i have to do sajda sahw for that? Can i do sajda sahw even long time after namaz is finished? Do my followers, e. g. my wife also need to do sajda sahw or is their prayer valid without? What if i was not sure during and after namaz whether i need to do sajda sahw and first did research. Do i have to do sajda sahw or repeat prayer when i learn the correct ruling? Thank You and jazak Allahu khairan in advance!

It is not compulsory to do Sajda Sahw in this case.

Every Mo=E2=80=99min scholar has responsibility to condemn wrong in the way=
that he
sees suitable and fruitful within the frame of Shariat and wisdom. You can
not expect all of them to express their views and act in the same way.
No one from us is allowed to blame any of our scholars for not doing what
we want him to do, because the Mo=E2=80=99min scholars are aware of their
responsibility as well as their circumstances more than us.

For females there’s skin over the urethra like a covering which can be moved do we have to move that skin and wash whats inside (the urethra hole) to make ourselves pak or not?

No.
Just wash the outer part.

Whilst washing something to make it pak my hand moved a bit and Ia doubt arose if water reached the area or if the movement of my hand stopped water from reaching it, can I ignore this doubt or do i wash the thing again?
