Salam un alaikum, Can I enter in a mutah agreement with an ahle kitab, she is an unwedded mother of a one year old child, and has only a mother in her family that I know of. Kindly advice Brother in faith
Answer:
If you are married, you need permission of you wife before entering in to
Mut'ah marriage with a woman from Ahle Kitab. If you are unmarried, you can
have Mut'ah marriage with this woman if she has no sexual relation with the
father of her child..

MY QUESTION IS I HAVE HEARD MOST OF THE SHIA SAYING THAT WE CAN PERFORM BOTH ZOHAR N ASAR TOGETHR INSPITE OF HAVING TIME IN ZOHAR THEY PRAY THIER ZOHAR NAMAZ WITH ASAR...N THEY SAY BY DOING THIS WE GET MORE SAVAB...IS IT TRUE??
Answer:
Joining Zohr and Asr, and joining Maghrib and Esha was been done by the
Prophet Mohammad (SAWA). We are following the Prophet (SAWA) by joining the
Namaz. We also pray separately when ever we want. Joining Namaz is allowed
and seperating them for those who can is better.

Answer:
Such Talaq is invalid because it does not have the conditions of an Islamic
Talaq. She is still your wife and you are her husband.

Can namaz shab be prayed before 12 at night? Eg. 11:30 pm and i heard that 8 rakats nafela is not compulsary. U can pray 3 rakats. Thats true?
Answer:
Yes you can pray Namaz Shab before you go to bed even if it is before
midnight. We have narrations that it is allowed to pray Namaz e Shab any
time after Namaz e Isha for those who find it difficult to wake up or
remain awake till midnight.
The full Namaz e Shab is 11 Rak'ats, and the short form of it is three
Rak'ats and the shortest form is just one Rak'at of Witr.

Salamun-alaikum I am muqallid of Ayatullah Sistani. If a person is depositing a certain amount every month in Recurring Deposit or in other schemes for say 10 years and after that 10 years that service provider or bank returns the full amount with some interest. What is ruling of Khums on it? Should that person take out the khums on the part of amount he deposited in his annual khums cycle or he should take out the khums after getting the whole amount in hand? (Please note that one can not easily withdraw/cancel these type of schemes before the completion of the fixed duration.)
Answer:
Khums for the whole amount must be paid immediately because it was in the
bank for more than year.
