Answer:
Forced marriage is not allowed and invalid in Islam because one of the main
conditions of marriage is the agreement and willingness of both man and
woman to be married to each other.

As-salaamu alaikum sir, I have incurred loss in business and i have to pay loans and creditors. But i do have to keep cash on hand for household expenses, travel and emergencies. Is khums payable on this cash on hand on khums day? I am in taqlid of Ay. Khui (May Allah increase his stature in Jannah)

If you have incurred loss and have no saving this year, then there is no
khums on you for this year.
