I have a technology to develop a bio gas bottling plant. I have already developed a plant is successfully running here in India (Surat) for our client. Now i wish to develop a bio gas plant for which i need a capital investment of 650000 US$. The bio gas generated costs INR 20/- and is sold at INR 40/-. The profit margin is 100%. As we will in no case go to the bank as interest is involved, it is very difficult to find an alternative investment body. In such case what could be the solution.

It is good to look for a partner to provide the required funds.
If you don't find then taking money from non Muslim bank is allowed.

Salam Alakium I usally pay my khums on 31 januar. I december 2017 I bought some shirts which I will use in feburay 2018 but I have not used them yet. Is khums liable on them?
Answer:
Khums is not obligatory on them because it is now less than one year from
the date of purchase.

Assalam o alaikum , I touched something with wet hands making my hands najis and then (without my hands drying in between) touched another object. my question is that due to the wetness being the same that made my hands najis, will the objects I touch with my still wet hands be second or first muttanajis.

Assalam o alaikum, dear agha , I need to inquire that if something is najis and water is poured on it twice without drying between the washings , is the item pak and is the water that was used pak.

Salam un Alaykum wr wb
Pouring water twice is enough to make any Najis item as Taahir after the
real najasat is removed. No need to dry the item between two pouring. S
Water of second pouring is not Najis.
