Salam Alaikum. While revising a lot of people like to listen to things whether it be nohas, nasheed or manqabat. However is it permissible to listen to Quran while doing something like studying?
Answer:
Yes it is allowed but you should listen to Quranic recitation and not take
it as a sound only.

Answer:
Maternal real uncle (mother's real brother) is a Mahram for the daughter.
Mothers real sister is Mahram for the son.

salaam Alaikum I recieved a proposal during the monthbof Ramadaan. I performed Isthikarah by The method of Finding a random Ayah in the Holy Quran. the Ayah I found was Surah Bani Israeel. Ayah 107. is this a bad or good answer to my Dua? please help me. Jazakallah salaam Alaikum

It is ( 107 ) not bad and not very good. You can call it medium.

Assalam alaikum I belongs to a poor family..as i am married 22 years back.My problem is that my husband never worked ..and my expenses were beared by my brother and sister.I tried my best to force my husband to work but he refused to work till today My three kids have grown now.Can i leave my husband and start staying in my mothers house till he starts working..Now i am old and i dont have anything to eat also...Plz advise me how can i do to spend my life as i have been patience for almost 22 years..
Answer:
Your husband is responsible according to Sharia to spend on you. If he
refuses to do so, you can force him through Haakim Sharia or seek Talaq
which is not good in general.
You can do any lawful act to force him to spend on you.

Salaamunalikum. While I was doing ghusl e janabat I urinate and completed the ghusl and afterwards I checked Islamic laws rule no.392 it was written that one should continue the ghusl I thought that ghusl is valid but my friend told that you should do the ghusl again because the previous ghusl is invalid in this condition what should I do . thank you i follow ayoutullah sistani
Answer:
Ghusl Janabah is valid, but for praying Salaah, you may perform Wudhu
, according to obligatory precaution.
